Payment and cancellation

The hotel bill may be paid in cash or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard).

Individual bookings are subject to a 50% deposit of the room rate which must be paid one month before arrival.

For group bookings 50% of the room rate is required as a deposit to be paid at the time of booking. The remaining amount must be paid by bank transfer one week before arrival, or by cash or credit card on arrival. Reservations can be cancelled free of charge until 7 days before arrival. For cancellations between 6 and 0 day prior to arrival 50% of the total price will be charged.

For groups of students a deposit of 10 EUR per person is required on arrival to cover possible damages. The deposit will be refunded on departure.
