In the case of an individual reservation, the price of the accommodation can be settled by cash or card. The reservation can be canceled free of charge one week before arrival. In case of cancellation between 6 and 0 days, the price of the first night will be charged.
For group bookings 50% of the room price is required as a deposit to be paid at the time of booking. The remaining amount must be paid by bank transfer 14 days before arrival. Reservations can be cancelled free of charge 61 days before arrival. For cancellations between 60 and 8 day prior to arrival 50% of the total price will be charged. In case of cancellation between 7 and 0 days, 100% of the total price will be charged. The local tax can be paid on the spot cash or by card.
For groups of students a deposit of 10 EUR per person is required on arrival to cover possible damages. The deposit will be refunded on departure.
